Pellets
We make all of our recycled materials available for manufacturers as pellet or micro-pellet, backed by quantitative carbon lifecycle assessment, technical data sheets and safety data sheets.
We will work with business users seeking to develop low-carbon or closed-loop products, by including the offer to take back their production waste for recycling back into our existing product lines.
We have three bulk raw pellet products:
- Porthcurno is primarily used in homewares, wearables, fashion and other aesthetic products because of its attractive translucent blue/green colour
- Longships is the same source of raw Nylon 6 as Porthcurno but with a higher variability in colour and generally darker in hue. It is our base material for customer compounding and higher volume applications
- OrCA® is a family of materials focused on engineering applications, which can include carbon allotropes, such as graphene or carbon fibres.
