A hard day’s shredding

Broke down and shredded three out of four sample nets today.

Nets one (left) and two (middle) are different nylon monofilaments with a braided cord attached. Net three (right) is part of a trawl net.

Lots of jamming and unjamming of different shredders as I try to work out optimum feed rates and sizes. A few skinned knuckles and a drop or two of sweat, but its starting to make sense.

Strangely enough the big trawl net was the easiest to shred.
